How your stay at the Clinique Filippi will work

The clinic has single and double rooms spread over three floors. When you arrive, you must bring the following items :

• Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, razor, etc.),
• Towel,
• Pyjamas, dressing gown and slippers.

Laundry of your personal linen is not provided by the clinic.

Your identification

Throughout your stay, the staff will check your identity several times to ensure that your care is safe. You will be given an identification bracelet on the floor.
Thank you for taking part in these checks, which are necessary to ensure the safety of your care.

Catering

Outpatients are served full snacks. In the inpatient sector, the meals served each day are prepared in collaboration with our service provider's dietician to ensure a balanced diet and to cater for special dietary requirements.

Vending machines for hot and cold drinks, sweets and sandwiches are available in the clinic's entrance hall.

Visits

The clinic's primary objective is to provide you with high-quality care. For your comfort, we rely on the cooperation of your visitors.

Visiting hours must be respected (every day of the week from 8am to 9pm). However, to ensure that you are as rested as possible and to allow care to be carried out properly, we recommend that you avoid visits in the morning.

Accompanying person

• For the outpatient sector, one accompanying person is authorised and may be welcomed in a dedicated waiting room.
• If you are hospitalised in a private room, an accompanying person may be authorised to spend the night with you and to have his or her meal at the clinic (the meal will be billed to you at an additional cost).

Accompanying persons are accepted only on condition that they comply with the doctors' and nurses' instructions and respect the clinic's rules.

Telephone

All rooms are equipped with telephones.

Television

Television sets are installed in every room. A remote control is given to you at reception. Payment must be made to the secretariat when you leave.
